Workout for St. Jude

Boni, at FitChix Studio, has transformed my life and my body for the better. For years I had worked to obtain the “perfect” body for me. After many years of training, running, and two children I realized I needed to step up my workout a bit. With Boni’s everchanging workouts, which included a combination of strength training, kickboxing, kettlebell, and spinning. I now have the figure I have always dreamed I would have. My arms and abs have never been so toned and defined. My confidence has increased tremendously and I actually have fun during my workouts, believe it or not!
